The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for management of key corporate processes, including revenue attainment and sales goal setting. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of sales forecasting, reporting, planning, and CRM systems.


The position requires strong horizontal leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and a track record of driving business objectives.  This role is ideal for those who are process-oriented, develop strong relationships with business partners, and has an aptitude for data and numbers.  Those who are successful in this role will be highly motivated to make a difference.



  • Revenue attainment processes for commercial business - work cross-functionally to ensure forecast assumptions are accurate and timely.
  • Set the cadence of attainment reviews and timeline of deliverables
  • Identify areas of risk, act as a control point, and building mitigation plans
  • Optimize demand with supply - both in quarter and forward-looking
  • Align business goals with sales targets and incentive plans
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Finance and operations experience – strong financial and business acumen
  • Extensive work with Salesforce and CRM
  • Solid knowledge of order placement and fulfillment as well as an understanding of the financial and related applications.
  • Open communication style and presence to work effectively at all levels
  • Ability to accommodate flexible working hours
  • Motivation to sustain high-energy and complex activity levels, in-region and remotely to other regional teams on a world-wide basis
  • Bachelor’s degree
