The Role

AMD is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with experience in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Lead with and external customer facing platform. The lead will be part of AMD's salesforce team that spans Admins, Developers and UI/UX teammates.

 

The Person

The Ideal candidate has experience leading Salesforces administrators. They will be able to drive the management of the PRM and external platforms, including some development, maintenance and vendor engagement.

 

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with an implementation partner, stand up a Partner Relationship Management system and support project, data and integrations necessary and related to Partner Relationship Management (PRM)
  • People management required including mentoring other Salesforce Admins
  • Own end to end process, from requirements, development overview to delivery
  • Own, manage and maintain PRM roadmap and delivery schedule
  • Learn, understand and keep up to date with key business processes such as partner onboarding, deal registration, tracking
  • Provide implementation and future solutions related to PRM
  • Collaborate with existing, inhouse Salesforce team, leveraging creative, declarative and best practices covering object schemas, user administration, reporting, app exchange and more
  • Able to make recommendations on platform stability and improvements
  • Able to lead/manage large, multi-team projects and collaborate with external developers and/or vendors
  • Able to efficiently manage resources and maintain budget awareness
  • Be up to date with new Salesforce features related to responsible PRM area
  • Participate in team agile process and participate in sprint planning
  • Charismatic, energetic and team first mentality
  • Able to work with business stakeholders, manage requirements and project plan(s)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to drive stakeholder engagement with little supervision

 

Experience and Education

  • 3 years of experience in Partner Relationship Management, preferable on the SFDC platform with large engagement audience
  • Salesforce Administration certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
