AMD IT is seeking a Business & Process Analyst to support our IT Business Operations team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business acumen to accurately elicit, analyze, specify and validate the needs of stakeholders.
  • Collect and document business objectives and requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
  • Assist and support the design, development and testing of required enhancements.
  • Review current processes and research industry best practices to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.  
  • Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business conclusions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Financial/accounting experience a plus. 
  • Understanding of data, statistical analysis and metrics a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management processes a plus.
