THE ROLE:

We are searching for a strong engineering leader to join the AMD circuit technology team.  This role will drive the development of state-of-the-art Low power and frequency scaling advanced power solutions.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse, advanced technologies team across all AMD SOCs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership to drive the development of state-of-the-art Low power and frequency scaling advanced solutions for SOC’s which including linear and switched voltage regulators as well as digital FLL
  • Lead the mixed signal, digital development, validation, layout, physical design and DFT
  • Lead power integrity analysis

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Deep understanding in CMOS power solutions including linear voltage regulators, switch voltage regulators and digital FLL
  • Deep understanding in power integrity analysis
  • Experience in leading and managing IP development and mixed signal team
  • Ability to drive many IPs in parallel towards successful delivery from design through post silicon and FW milestones
  • Solid knowledge of industry-standard tools and practices for analog/mixed-signal and high-speed digital designs (e.g., HSPICE simulator, Cadence design environment)
  • Experience in advanced deep submicron semiconductor technologies, preferably FinFET

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Relevant academic background (Master’s degree preferred)
