Executive Assistant - 90621

We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is high energy and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment. In this role, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers and employees, assisting our Corporate Vice President handle day to day priorities. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative.


The Person:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the executive calendar; Coordinate across C-suite execs, customers, and team members to drive effective collaboration for the executive.
  • Arrange executive’s domestic and international travel schedule, reservations, etc. Ensure “on the road” time is productive and efficient.
  • Propose and follow through on ideas to improve organizational morale / employee welfare (events, giveaways, awards)
  • Own the executive’s partner relationships and drive regular networking interaction between the executive and AMD partners
  • Maintain inventory of departmental supplies and computing resources; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes
  • Support the department’s financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting a corporate executive in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience managing complexities of global travel
  • Ability to use a variety of office automation tools and software (Office 365, Teams, SAP, etc.)


Academic Credentials:

  • High school graduate and completion of business/secretarial school or equivalent experience
  • 4 year degree preferred
