WW Marketing Analyst

THE ROLE:

The WW Marketing Analyst will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns executed with top OEM partners for the consumer and commercial client business. The Analyst will partner with the AMD OEM marketers and the OEM partner to review and analyze available data and report on campaign results, findings, and recommendations. The Analyst will build the process and cadence for the data and reporting and own the integration between global marketing, marketing operations, and regional marketing teams.

                                                                        

THE PERSON:

You will be prepared to jump in, navigate through new processes and learn quickly. You have a love of data, storytelling with data and are comfortable with imperfect information. You can review marketing metric data and understand the effectiveness of activations across consumer and commercial segments globally. You’ll make recommendations on the process and infrastructure, plus work with global / regional marketers to pull in qualitative data to build the story. You have experience working in a global, cross-functional organizations as well as have strong organization abilities and pay close attention to detail.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the marketing analytics process from data review to storytelling
  • Identify key trends and insights on marketing activation performance in each region to determine recommendations and effectiveness of spend
  • Own the collaboration with Regional Marketing for qualitative or other sales related input to help build into the story that will be communicated to all levels in the marketing and sales organizations internally and to the Partner
  • Build a quarterly dashboard for top OEM Partner co-marketing programs from scratch, collaborating with other Operational roles in the company including Business and Marketing Ops
  • Partner with MNC Marketing Analyst and WW OEM marketers for data collection, partner requirements and future process / requirement recommendations
  • Be the key liaison to manage infrastructure needs associated with AMD / OEM co-marketing as it relates to marketing metrics
  • Partner with WW OEM Marketers for any interactions directly with OEM Alliance & Marketing teams as needed
  • Work with internal stakeholders and be resourceful to build and identify benchmarks for data
  • Provide guidance on OEM measurement and goals for other teams across the organization
  • Influence the metric requirements in the co-marketing guidelines

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Six years plus of marketing analytics experience
  • Strong background in marketing metric analytics primarily in digital media
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in a global, cross-functional, multi-cultural organization
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Creative problem solving and accountability
  • Sharp, responsible, and highly organized
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
