The change manager will play a key role in ensuring that a corporate-wide CRM implementation project meets by ensuring employee adoption and utilization of new sales software tools.  This person will focus on changes to business processes and systems & technology.  The primary responsibilities will be on implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance.  This key member of the project team will focus on Communications, Training (curriculum development/augmentation and training delivery), and coordinating cross-functionally to drive and track key metrics.


The Change Manager will:

  • Support communications efforts
  • Asses change impact by identifying key stakeholders, evangelists, and resistors and roll-out a structured engagement strategy to ensure adoption
  • Drive training efforts by supporting and augmenting, as necessary, design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify potential risk for resistance and development of intervention and risk management plans
  • Create deliverables for change management levers:  communications, training & coaching, sponsor roadmap, and resistance management plan
  • Coach managers throughout system roll-outs and post launch
  • Ensure user readiness beginning prior to launch, through phased roll-outs, and support after launch
  • Play critical role within the overall project team, including engagement with Steering Committee and Executive Steering Committee stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid understand and prior experience in implementing change process in a large corporate project
  • Experience in training around new sales processes and CRM implementation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of structured change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to move a large sales team toward a common goal and vision
  • Ability to identify problems at an early stage and move to resolve them; strong root cause identification skills
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization; strong ability to engagement with mid-management to help drive change throughout the entire organization
  • Acute business acumen and prior experience with change within a global sales team
