Program Manager - 103602


The Role:

As a Program Manager on the SCBU (Semi Custom Business Unit) Executive Management Team, you will develop and manage the SCBU Strategic Operational Plan and implementing program management processes. You will make significant contributions to drive Resource Planning, Budget Management and collaborate with various program leads to build streamline processes in SOC development cycle. This role is contributes at the business unit level across various functional, and program teams and across subject areas with finance, engineering and process.


The Person:

You will work as a mentor and collaborator with all SCBU teams. We value a strong communicator who understands the importance of developing processes to independently drive tasks to completion, accurately, and timely. This team member will excel in operation management, and have a good understanding of the SOC product life cycle. Key to success will be creative problem-solving skills, high level attention to detail, and crisp, professional communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget and headcount to align with the global SCBU organization Strategic Operating Plan, including Revenue and OPEX budgets by working with engineering and finance teams.
  • Lead all aspects of process for resource / hiring and requisition lifecycle management
  • Provide program management alignment among various functions and programs to achieve a consistent reporting method.


Preferred Experience:

  • Program management experience in SemiConductor Industry
  • Operations, resources planning and budget management experience
  • MS Office use of Excel and PPT to enable effective datamining and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Engineering;
