Fellow,  Systems Design Architect (EPYC)

The Role:

It's a pivotal role where you draw from a broad spectrum of technical experience including silicon, platform hardware, and software to deliver sophisticated products.

The Person:

As a deeply experienced senior system engineer with breath across Data Center system and/or chip development, you work across swim lanes and guide system-level server technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate consensus, steer technical decisions, and maintain an even keel! Your track record of accomplishment at the Principal Engineer level will enable you to prioritize, drive, and influence throughout the organization and externally to key partners to realize the latest Data Center GPU products and HPC programs. Work at depth across system validation, firmware, power, performance through to launch. Work across functions to build validation plans and continuously evaluate and improve. 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with software stack and hardware validation on complex systems - prefer system experience including Datacenter, Virtualization, HPC and Machine Learning
  • Demonstrated success in bringing complex computing systems to market
  • Proven skills in feature integration, matrixed leadership, and driving complex debug
  • Experience in leading other domain specialists in driving solutions and architecting system features
  • Experience in Post-Silicon validation and Power/Performance
  • Graphics processor experience a plus
  • Excellent communication capability

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another related field
  • Master's degree preferred
