Sales Operations Manager - HPE
The Role:
We are looking for our next team member to be responsible for the dedicated operations support of the HPE account within the AMD Sales Organization, as the key interface to HPE procurement on forecast, contracts, claims and meetcomps.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead interface for HPE procurement on day to day account operations- forecasting, billings, backlog, claims. Work closely with AMD GAM and finance on account finances- billings, accruals, claims to ensure smooth account operations.
- Provide the weekly consolidated Billings and Backlog report for the EPYC, DC Graphics and embedded products and update Salesforce forecast in SFDC
- Track billings and backlog against forecast and annual operating plan
- Review the monthly short term and long term forecast and recommend the appropriate forecast CPU and GPU. Enter forecasts into AMD's revenue forecasting tool.
- Drive regular meetings with HPE procurement team on demand forecasts and accuracy.
- Responsible for sales agreements on quarterly pricing, deals and driving accruals.
- Process claims with internal team on claims submission.
- Work with Process credits, rebates on time.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations
- Proven backgound developing customer relationships
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Academic Credentials:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
