Security Architect

 

THE ROLE:

Broad role acting as the end-to-end security owner for data center gpu’s. working with chip and system architecture teams to understand current thread models and help define the security architecture. Once the definition is completed work with hardware validation, software validation teams to make sure the architecture is implemented and tested against all relevant use cases.

 

THE PERSON:

Deep experience in defining and implementing security schemes in soc’s. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help define a security architecture against the latest threat models
  • Help implement security schema’s (soc register access, memory access, DRM content protection etc)
  • Help create and review validation test plans
  • Lead schema debug
  • Work with firmware, software, tools teams to understand how their use cases are impacted by security schema’s
  • Define debug methodology for systems under security protection
  • Work with customers and understand their use cases and requirements and fold that into security system architecture  

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience working in ASIC design/validation/architecture
  • Deep understanding of threat models and security architecture in soc’s
  • Strong system and computer architecture experience
  • Ability to write viruses in C, C++ to test the strength of the system security
  • Understand of GPU architecture is a plus

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

 

  • Masters/PhD in Computers Science, Computer Engineering
