 Server Partner Development Program Manager


In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for overall engagement with external suppliers and vendors, as well as being responsible for expanding our relationships and product portfolios with them. This individual will manage all aspects of our Partner Development relationship to deliver  configured and qualified server models with multiple GPUs.



As the External Partner Manager, the person is expected to:

  • Be the key interface with stakeholders, leadership and the external partners.
  • Handle cross organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity.
  • Drive the contractual agreement content to achieve the program requirements and negotiate the terms and conditions across the stakeholders and leadership, both internal and external.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills with prior experience in stakeholder management across domain architects, domain engineering teams, business development and partners.



  • Lead Partner Development working with industry OEM and ODM partners to build server configurations with GPUs
  • Delivering to commitments on cost, schedule, power, performance and other critical features
  • Maintaining clear and comprehensive communications regarding schedule, status, issues and overall program messaging to key internal and external stakeholders as well as customers.




  • Ability to scope a program end to end and develop detailed project plans (PMI training recommended)
  • Strong technical knowledge in systems development, CPU and GPU technologies
  • 5+ years working with both Customers and Partners




  • BS or master’s degree in related field preferred.
