Sr Sales Manager – Dell GAM Server Sell-In

 

The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to manage, grow and build relationships with one of the most dynamic Server OEMs in the world. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sell-in strategy, partnerships, and approach to drive customer relationships, deliver platform and revenue growth. Managing and deploying internal resources with cross-matrix teams and reporting progress to management will be a critical function. Strong team leadership and operational skills are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement Sell-In strategies and quality account plans that grow revenue and market share for all AMD Enterprise products
  • Own all Enterprise CPU and Data Center graphics design-in activities with the customer across all functions (Product Group, Engineering, CTO, Procurement) and regions globally
  • Work with AMD Business Unit teams to drive product strategy and development into product planning and engineering teams at the customer
  • Develop cross-division partnerships to establish harmonious solutions to be delivered to end-user customers
  • Find ways to provide opportunities and cultivate relationships to become highly reliable partner for our customer

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, leading cross functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strategic Experience: Key understanding of Enterprise CPU and Data Center GPU products, MNC customer and markets
  • Partner Experience: Strong historical relationships and success influencing large MNC organizations
  • Organizational Experience: Proven efficiency working in a cross-matrix atmosphere
  • Expert sales knowledge in relevant product categories with proven technology sales experience in a dynamic environment
  • Experience developing and successfully executing design-in and product development sales plans

 

Academic Credentials:

Bachelors' Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related technical field preferred
