Sr. Product Marketing Manager, HPC/AI

 

THE ROLE: 

AMD is searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities including content development, event execution, campaign creation, and digital marketing to globally drive growth of MI-series accelerators in HPC and AI markets.

 

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager in the Data Center GPU and Accelerated Processing group, you will plan and execute marketing programs and deliverables to amplify our presence in the market, enable both AMD and partner sales, and ultimately, grow our opportunity pipeline. You will be collaborating and working with a range of stakeholders including product managers, developers, corporate marketing, business development, sales and partners to effectively execute and deliver on marketing plans.

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing marketing plans and creating content for technology solutions in the commercial HPC and AI market, including Supercomputing centers, academic and government research labs and enterprise customers. This person will be comfortable managing multiple projects, able to guide work with 3rd party agencies and experienced in supporting a variety of product launches.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Creating sales enablement assets including brochures, datasheets, infographics, how to sell guides, solution and workload briefs
  • Developing and writing web content, social media, blogs
  • Creating collateral, claims and proof points to support positioning and narrative
  • Working with partners to identify and develop joint customer case studies, testimonials and white papers
  • Creating sales plays and campaign kits for internal and partner sales organizations
  • Supporting the planning and execution of various customer events including conferences, launches, user forums, workshops and customer meetings
  • Managing communications and newsletter development for internal awareness

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 7+ years of marketing experience within the technology industry, preferably in the Enterprise/data center space
  • Experience working at or with marketing/advertising agencies or consultants
  • Experience creating sales plays/campaigns, organizing customer events, working with OEM/ODM partners and engaging with sales teams
  • Ability to develop and edit sales materials including case studies, solution briefs, seller and customer presentations, and more
  • Exceptional communicator with strong project management skills to handle complex dependency management and diverse stakeholders

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent), and MS Project

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • MBA preferred
