The Foundry Technology and Product Engineering (FTPE) Program Manager is a member of the FTPE Strategic Operations Product Team responsible for partnering with our engineering community to drive the long-term (3-5 year) vision for the organization.  An FTPE Program Manager will also support driving process and infrastructure improvements across the whole Global Operations team.



The applicant must be a team player with a commitment to driving opportunities for improvement and have an aptitude to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.



  • Demonstrated success in defining and managing key initiative & project deliverables/schedules and driving cross functional activities. 


  • Influence and lead horizontally across several functional organizations.


  • Work closely with our Asia Engineering and Operations counterparts (extensive interactions within the Product Engineering organization). Also interact with several other internal organizations (Design, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Diagnostics, Packaging, Quality/Reliability, Platform Engineering, and more). 


  • Ability to network, build relationships and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to leading work with executive leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders to develop project solutions that deliver against objectives.
  • ISO certification program expertise (nice to have).
  • Proactively drive risk mitigation, project schedules, and collaborative project work.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skill.




  • Experience w/ taking CPUs from 1st Silicon to volume production.
  • Experience working in a team environment and actively driving solutions.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing horizontally across multiple internal functional organizations (US and abroad, Engineering, Supply Management, Finance)
  • Collaborate with team members to improve cross-functional, multi-level organizational hierarchy project participation.
  • Management and evaluation of project financial and revenue impacts/returns and meet stated ROI.
  • Individual hands-on management of select projects.
  • Structure and execute complex analysis, draw insights, and communicate summary findings/recommendations to senior management both project and organizational.
  • Project key milestone achievement.

Organizational efficiency and innovation as indicated by improvements in project volume/success.
