Digital Sales Enablement Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who is comfortable working with a broad set of tools, languages, and technologies and has a high aptitude for diving in and picking up new things. You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment and knows how to balance multiple projects and deadlines. Although you are an independent self-starter and take the initiative to get things done with minimal mentorship, the working environment is an open and collaborative space – so clear communication and enjoying teamwork across global sites is a requirement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess the technical training needs of the internal sales team throughout the product/skills development cycle.
  • Develop group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Build an online and blended learning curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.
  • Implement and coordinate the technologies required, to manage and deliver online training.
  • Plan, design, and execute a technical training program for small to large global audiences that target tangible results through data-driven analytics and dashboards.
  • Reliably manage the scope, time, and budget of training programs.
  • Implement effective and purposeful online training methods.
  • Define KPIs with clear metrics to evaluate that training is meeting the needs of the business and learners.
  • Develop a methodology to evaluate the growth of sellers during their individual learning journey.
  • Implement an evaluation framework to gain internal and external feedback to evaluate the efficiency of training at multiple levels and to identify areas of improvement.
  • Optimally connect with team members, trainers, and management levels.
  • Continued professional development to stay ahead of training trends.

Preferred experience:

  • Confirmed understanding of learning management systems and deployment of distance learning practices
  • Strong history of successful long-term learning and sales enablement programs on robust LMS platforms. Articulate 360, SCORM, xAPI
  • Previous experience in instructional design, curriculum/courseware development.
  • Expertise in needs assessment, instructional design for various delivery options, evaluation strategy, and implementation.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with having a flexible working schedule in order to work optimally with a globally distributed team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a solid track record to find innovative solutions to problems.
  • Experience in handling project budgets and working with vendors.
  • Strong passion and mentality for project management and development lifecycles and processes improvement.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts during discussions and convey concepts visually in a process diagram.
  • Skillful at communicating concepts and processes with internal partners, demonstrating persistence in getting busy business partners to close or buy off on projects.
  • Experience in the computing industry, at the OEM, ODM, or technology provider level.
