AMD, the global CPU/GPU technology leader, and the first company bring 7nm CPU, GPU to PC Market is looking for Senior Channel Product Marketing Manager, and China DIY Channel Product Marketing expert like yourself.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with AMD HQ BUs and interlock with AMD Global Gaming Segment Marketing team, play role as AMD CPU and GPU product/ message lead in region
  • Deploy AMD Component Business go-to-market strategy into marketing programs to accelerate the service adoption
  • Drive and lead 2019 China Component Channel Ryzen Store, DIY Alliance, Product launch programs to strengthen AMD thought leadership and technology awareness among ECOSystem Partner and DIY Channel
  • Developing marketing tools and channel assets to support PCMall and eTail customers to generate product demands and drive sales out
  • Work closely with sales/business development, PR, other Content Marketing Managers, and other marketing managers to ensure the AMD message is reaching a broad audience of AMD Partners via events, seminars, webinars, and other Marketing activities.
  • Travel, as necessary to execute marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Passion in Computer DIY. Passion in Gaming. Passion in Technology. Passion to revolutionize the legacy China DIY, iCafe ecosystem and the way doing DIY business in China
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in DIY Ecosystem Vendors (IHV, H/W brand, Service provider, Sis, Media) as a product marketing, consultant, product manager.
  • Understanding the DIY Channel, Gaming, iCafe, JD & TMall ecosystem in China,
  • Proved experience in product launch, and NPI (new product introduction) programs.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Great presentation and demo skill. Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • English skill, for reading and writing e-mails and documents, and having conference calls with counterparts in HQ
  • Proven success in managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Rich working experience in DIY Hardware or Software or Solution or Media company as PM or Editor
  • Personal as a DIYer/ Hardware geek, and eSports Gamer preferred
  • Expert in leveraging new social platform in building “New Retail” Business model
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or relevant field of study
  • MBA is a plus
