The Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) eCommerce Regional Lead reports to the Head of APJ Marketing Lead and dotted line to APJ Consumer & Commercial Sales Lead.

The Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) eCommerce Regional Lead should have a willingness and ability to jump in, take the lead, learn, and inspire others. He/she will produce exceptional and impactful marketing work.


  • Overall e-commerce lead for both commercial and consumer business
  • Lead and own direct relationship for APJ e-tailers such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Qoo10 as well as OEM.Com - Develop recommendations to build growth in e-commerce channels profitably and take the entire business to fruition.
  • Develop product portfolio plan with AMD APJ Sales, OEMs Global Account Manager and lead overall forecast e-tailers, OEM.com sell through on regular basis.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans in e-tailers & OEM.Com and execute 4P (product, price, promotion) strategies.
  • Manage relationships with e-tailers and OEM.COM Sales & Marketing team, and do joint business planning to leverage scale and drive channel effectiveness through promotional campaigns.
  • Understand key marketing and sales performance metrics through tracking tools, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights.
  • Build a disruptive online marketing plan to build channel, subscriptions and marketplaces : Lead online community engagement building it from scratch across various social media channels
  • Maintaining of eTail & OEM.Com content calendar and ensure weekly compliant, auditing of eCommerce sites to ensure content, brand compliance and recommend fixes.
  • Attend marketing and sales meetings and provide regular report on market situation to management as required.
  • Manage and track the Market Development Fund (MDF) and RMI (Retail Marketing Investment) to drive activities to meet important metrics.


  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in B2C, B2B E-Commerce and digital marketing field with a proven track record and passion for digital marketing.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in direct eCommerce operation, with at least 2 years in leadership of Consumer and retail eCommerce background is a plus point
  • Experience establishing & developing performance / eCommerce marketing approaches for leading brands or retailers or OEM.Com
  • Strong analytical skills with substantial know-how to drive all common digital KPIs.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, media planning. Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Solid project management skills – ability to co-ordinate several diverse stakeholders / and to manage the performance of external suppliers,
  • Excellent communication skill, budget management and analytical mind.
  • Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrix organisation while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience or training.
