Marketing Operation Section Manager

The Role:

As a Marketing Operations Section Manager, you will lead and coach a team of operation analyst to work under a scalable processes that ensure best practices in database management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

We are looking for candidates who are excited to work in a fast-growing team besides posses excellent communication, organizational skills, able to work well with others and convey your teamwork skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team group of marketing ops analysts to execute regular job routine that meet the expectation outline per SLA and SOX compliance
  • Review the work perform by team members & provide guidance from time to time
  • Plan, manage and analyze resource utilization to ensure optimum team productivity, workload linearity and arrange backup plan
  • Review the completion and accuracy of all regional marketing expense monthly/quarterly accrual, finance analysis, KPI & other reporting
  • Manage, support & coordinate new marketing projects & programs from operational and SOX compliance marketing ops team perspective
    • Consolidate financial impact analysis for the region
    • Perform tracking of regional budget loading
  • Identifies areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures and supports the management of the related processes and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Support ad-hoc tasks.
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting to management and stakeholders.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Relevant working experience with experience in managing a team.
  • Planning, Prioritization and Project Management skills are critical to success and highly preferred
  • Ability to leverage technology to effectively work in a Global role is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and thrives in a high-growth and challenging environment
  • Ability to work well both independently and with teams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

 

Academic Credentials:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or any related business degree required
