Sr. Finance/Business Operations Specialist

 

THE ROLE:

Our key responsibilities are the partnering with sale & marketing team to manage the administrative work after they have finalized the marketing program with customer/vendor.  This is the hybrid operation model that covers the end to end process from Global Supply Management to Accounts Payable where we are responsible to administer the Reservation creation & Claim processing of marketing activities on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy and Sox Control. The candidate is responsible to work with manager to lead a team of analysts to process reservations for approved marketing programs and claims on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy and Sox Control.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To help the team manager to lead and coach a group of marketing ops analyst to execute regular job routine that meet the expectation outline per SLA
  • Review the work perform by team member & provide guidance from time to time
  • To help the team manager to arrange resources to support the team so to manage the linearity of the workload and arrange backup plan.
  • Review the completion and accuracy of all regional marketing expense monthly/ quarterly accrual & reporting
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Manage, support & coordinate new marketing projects & programs from marketing ops team perspective
  • - Consolidate financial impact analysis for the region
  • - Perform tracking of regional budget loading
  • To interface with marketing team, cross functional team or customer

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of audit working experience
  • High attention to details, meticulous with sharp analytical skills
  • Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player under a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible, highly adaptable & responsive to changes

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree in Accountancy or Finance or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
