Channel Sales Account Manager (National Channel Distribution Manager)



This role demands to cover the channel distribution of AMD Components (CPU, GPU, Chipsets) through the channel partners across India. Leverage eco system partners in the IT industry to support the DIY PC market development.



Component industry preference. Strictly from Vendor background.



  • Customer First – Drive healthy relationship across Distributors/Partners
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners and Peer group
  • Develop and implement sales strategies - Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasts
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans. Lead nationwide on-Field sales team members
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members & Partners are abreast - Focus on partner marketing activities & other promotional activities
  • Manage sales activities (Sell-Thru, Sell-out) of partners to generate revenue. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities. Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Plan & work closely with eco-system partners & leverage their Go-To-Market efforts to benefit AMD’s sell-thru/sell-out
