The India Commercial Marketing Manager reports to the India Marketing Leader and is responsible for planning and activating marketing plans for AMD’s Reseller and Distribution Partners as well as end customers in B2B segment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop complete go to market (GTM) plan for existing and new product launches  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, AMD authorized marketing agencies, and directly with partners, to deliver & execute GTM plans.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and manage ROIs.
  • Own and manage marketing agencies relationships for execution of campaigns and design material
  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns and lead gen programs.
  • Plan, manage and execute world class events for customers & channel partners
  • Plan and manage print media advertising in B2B segment, OOH advertising and channel publications.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Educate AMD sales team, marketing agencies and partners on AMD marketing programs and brand guidelines
  • Develop schedules, track progress and provide quality execution and control of projects
  • Produce debriefs on campaigns including delivering regular reports and ROI calculation
  • Take a proactive and positive approach in seeking ways to improve all aspects of our marketing activities

 Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Professional with 8+ years’ relevant work experience preferably in Semi-conductor, CE or IT marketing (either corporate or agency background)
  • Experience in B2B marketing will be given a preference
  • Passion for storytelling that leads to creating and defining authentic messages for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills & keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing - SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Leads generation experience through Web Research, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, You tube), e-Mail Marketing
  • Experience in developing and activating training programs
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office suit with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • The candidate will need to demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated

 The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented specialist with strong project management skills, able to build relationships, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and manage and report on projects.
