Regional Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager in EMEA who will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels, working closely with the global marketing team, the Adaptive and Embedded Computing leaders and regional sales and channel teams to deliver successful marketing programs. 

He/she should have in-depth understanding of marketing automation such as Marketo and analytics features as well as awareness of market trends in Europe and their impact on marketing programs and initiatives.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering strategic marketing plans as well as developing, and implementing marketing campaigns designed to build lead generation 
  • Working closely with regional sales and channel teams to drive demand and lead generation for the Adaptive and Embedded Computing group 
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities  
  • Execute Regional marketing programmes to drive demand including events, tradeshows, sponsorship, ABM, social and digital marketing.
  • Defining marketing goals and KPIs 
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs 
  • Managing campaigns and budget 
  • Supporting the overall marketing team goals and programs 
  • Liaise and collaborate with vendors/service providers.

 

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • > 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally with regional responsibility
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs and driving them through to completion
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the company, including executive staff
  • Experience with marketing tools and software (for example Marketo, ON24, Tableau)     
  • Ability to understand, localize and communicate the company’s strategy and technology
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams and partners spread across Europe and North America
