What you do at AMD changes everything

At AMD, we push the boundaries of what is possible.  We believe in changing the world for the better by driving innovation in high-performance computing, graphics, and visualization technologies – building blocks for gaming, immersive platforms, and the data center.

Developing great technology takes more than talent: it takes amazing people who understand collaboration, respect, and who will go the “extra mile” to achieve unthinkable results.  It takes people who have the passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries, deliver innovation, and change the world.   If you have this type of passion, we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available to come join our team.

Role

AMD is aiming to set up a brand-new verification team in Europe to strengthen our ability to bring new network acceleration devices and features to the market. These products/features seek to improve the networking functionality (in terms of performance, power and cost) within large scale data-centers.

Currently, AMD is seeking to hire the leaders of this new team. It is a rare opportunity to be involved from the start of this important new team. Successful candidates will build up this team with people and lead it into a pivotal role. It is expected that the candidate will be experienced in advanced verification methodologies such as constrained-random and UVM and have a strong track record with respect to FPGA and ASIC verification - from IP verification through to system level verification.

AMD can hire suitable candidates into one of several existing office locations in Dublin, Cork, Edinburgh or Cambridge.
