FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT 1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily accounting functions, including cash application, credit/debit memo request and non-trade invoice.
• Work closely with credit analyst for remittance details, billing, unclaimed property.
• Perform month end closing activities.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation for those accounts under AR’s ownership.
• Prepare weekly AR / Credit Metrics Report
• Preparation of interim & year-end EY audit schedules. Being a key contact for internal / external reporting & audit
• Participate in project assignments and process improvements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 3 years of related working experience
• Good spoken & written English
• Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment
• Team player and able to work with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Analytical and able to work under tight deadlines
• SAP/ other ERP system knowledge is an added advantage

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS;

Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
