Project /Program Manager

 

The Person:

Will have great attention to detail and can effectively communicate to cross functional teams and executive management. Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities, so you will need to dynamically adjust to the requirements of the day.

 

The Role:

 

This is an exciting opportunity in program management in operations for the Circuit & Technology team.  We have a large team that delivers 100’s of individual IP’s used to build or complex products. . You will work closely with Finance, Recruiting, and IP owners to align hiring and budget with program demands.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Creating weekly head count report
  • Weekly REQ report - Download raw data from HR Metric home page.  Create h/c report, upload to SharePoint for all of ICT to access.
  • ICT Contractor File – A document that tracks all of the contractors within ICT.  Billing status, approval codes.  Update weekly (or more often) with Active/Termed Status, billing status and much more.
  • 2020_ICT_Headcount Activity to date. (A weekly running total of hires/terms/transfers for ALL of ICT.  Updated weekly with h/c status.)
  • Critical Hire file – Update in real time, many times throughout the week.
  • Time Control – Keep h/c data in sync in Time Control.  Monitor delinquencies, WBS’s, projects in use.  Generate reports as applicable.
  • Resource Allocation Maintenance (PBA file) – Keep raw data up to date.  H/C tab updates Noam weekly.
  • Approving Invoices as they come into email or SAP, logging them to PO/SOW file.  Monitor balances, add funds as needed.  Reconcile issues.  Monthly accrual reconciliation with Finance regarding outstanding invoices.
  • PBA – Resource Allocation and updates quarterly.
  • WBS’s – Add new, managed content.  Sync with TimeControl.
  • Create Lava Charts, Pivot Tables as needed for management forums.
  • Monitor other spending as needed. (Travel, etc. when applicable.)
  • SharePoint Maintenance as needed.

 

Preference & Skill Sets:

 

Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools.

Advanced Excel skills including conditional formatting, pivot tables, and pivot charts, formulas, vlookups, data validation, power queries.

PowerPoint presentations; creation, moving in tables & charts from xls.

SharePoint site management.

Microsoft Teams.

 

 

EDUCATION: BS in Program Management or equivalent
