HPE Sell-In Director (Global Account Manager-GAM)



We are looking for a leader to drive product design wins and sales for our HPE business. He/She will be responsible for establishing the AMD strategy, drive design-wins and expand revenue.

  • Define and implement sales strategies to grow the revenue base and market share by driving the right products and solutions for the HPE compute, HPC, Storage and networking business
  • Work with the HPE Business Unit product management and engineering to drive AMD design-wins and solutions
  • Identify customer challenges and translate into a compelling value proposition, ideally from chip-level technology into system level solutions
  • Ensure close partnership with Field Application Engineer (FAE) and align priorities to penetrate the assigned accounts
  • Gain trust and confidence of the leadership team
  • Develop relationships across the sales teams to identify/build harmonious approach to broadening AMD's portfolio with HPE



  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving product design-wins
  • Technical Experience: an established background in server sales with at least 10 years’ progressive experience selling cpu products within and across an organization
  • Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and relationship building within key customers



Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
