MTS System Design Engineer

THE ROLE:

AMD Graphic Platform engineering team is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the system validation for GPU. AMD platform correlation team is responsible to lead AMD engineering team (ASIC design, board design, VBIOS, driver, Diag, etc.) for GPU silicon characterization, product definition optimization, issue debug, and customer support.

THE PERSON:

• Technical leadership with excellent problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills, able to lead complex problems, involving multi-disciplined, multi-functional teams.
• Persistence, quality focus, excellent collaborative skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Bachelor +, Minimum of 5+ year hands on industry experience in ASIC, PC, Consumer electronics and telecom
• Excellent communication skills including English ability in oral and written

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain automation tool
• Collect requirement and optimized existed automation tool
• Familiar with Django, experience in front-end development of Webpage
• Good knowledge of CSS,HTML, Bootstrap,JQuery, Echarts .
• Familiar with CPU, GPU system level test and debug

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in PC/video/graphics product development and sustaining, system level hardware and software
• Proficient in using all MS operating systems and the configuration/setting of PCs.
• Python/Ruby/Perl, assembly language, object-oriented programming skills and command line scripting preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux application

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• B. Sc. or above in EE or CS related Engineering
