Lead Nurture Campaign Manager

THE ROLE:

Yes, AMD is actively interviewing! The Lead & Nurture Program Manager will be responsible for driving engagement and growth via nurture programs. He/She will work with marketing and other related business units, across digital channels, to move users and potential customers across the various stages. Additionally, this person works with partners to identify and produce the content required for campaign deliverables

The person:

The Lead & Nurture Program Strategist will be involved in the development and growth of demand generation program focused on B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and internal campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong email marketing background which includes analytical online marketing, database marketing, lead scoring, and marketing automation programs.

Key responsibilities:

The Lead nurture campaign manager is responsible for creating and managing engagement programs in Salesforce Pardot to move leads through the marketing funnel. In addition, he/ she will create automation rules, programs, emails, forms, landing pages and reports within the marketing automation tool to support lead, demand and other nurture related campaigns. This person will deliver regular analysis and reporting to internal teams and executives of campaign and operational email performance and communicate results and provide/implement improvement recommendations. Additional responsibilities:

  • Design and execute nurture flows for prospects, including entry/transition logic and associated rules
  • Perform database importing, exporting, normalizing & cleansing activities
  • Build scoring models based on campaign, user interaction and behavior with email communications, website and social media properties.
  • Use personalization and dynamic content to modularize lead nurturing programs.
  • Conduct and analyze regular testing of subject lines, content, layout, segmenting approaches, etc. to improve email performance.
  • Enhance and manage subscription center and audience library

Preferred experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of lead and nurture program management, demand generation and database marketing experience
  • Hands-on and in-depth experience across the end-to-end digital marketing process.
  • Understanding of digital marketing lead & demand generation and optimization techniques, including display ads, retargeting campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms.
  • Strong understanding and experience creating marketing automation campaigns
  • Excellent analytic skills and strong data-driven approach
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to optimize performance of email and nurture campaigns by split testing subject lines, body copy, and images, etc.
  • Experience in web development technologies & languages such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, responsive web and email design, etc. will be an asset.
  • Marketing automation platform experience (Pardot preferred)
  • Experience with CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle database, etc.
