Title : Manager of Analog Design


The Role: Managing a highly technical team of engineers in the post silicon world. This team consists of highly skilled  post silicon characterization. This lab supports all business units with respect to all analog characterizations at a silicon level.


The Person : The ideal person will excell in communicating and presenting idea. Someone who can work with people and lead and understand people! 



  • Manage/lead a small team of Engineers (5-10) responsible for post silicon analog IP validation and characterization
  • Work with design Engineers to refine/improve validation methodologies and effectiveness
  • Help with development and review of validation plans
  • Resource planning and prioritization
  • Provide day-to-day oversight for the team
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the team
  • drive overall validation plan for each SOC and test chip
  • Work with equipment vendors on performance improvement and equipment debug
  • Work with 3rd party IP providers on defining and improving test methodologies
  • Help with review and critique of 3rd party IP provides test/validation results and methodology


Preferred Skill sets & Experience:

  • Multiple years of related prior technical and management experience
  • Experience with analog IP validation/design highly preferred
  • Experience with automation methodologies


Education :

  • BS/MS Engineering. Master's Degree desired
