We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to work across multiple AMD Engineering organizations to plan and guide System Integration execution and technical issue resolution for AMD’s GPU products. This role is critical to ensure technical operation, to meet product specifications and validation coverage metrics.

  • In this role, you will lead the RTG system integration processes including a collaborative approach while working with HW/SW/FW teams
  • In this role, you will work with the chief engineers and platform system integration leaders to drive validation architecture and execution
  • Schedule/Lead Co-validation and qualification of AMD products with customers & partners’ hardware and software products
  • Set silicon, board, and general resource priority to maximize system integration coverage
  • Management and alignment of system integration plans and support feature validation tracking
  • Ensure and handle test plans to adjust for post-silicon feature issues and additional validation feature coverage
  • Support product and process improvement activities, including resolving quality/customer related issues



  • Prior experience with SoC validation testing tools and environments, defect tracking, and revision control
  • Familiar with system integration concept and stress testing
  • Familiar with general Computer Architecture concepts
  • Ability to execute complex analysis, and communicate summary findings/recommendations to senior management
  • 5 years as a Program Manager in a technology environment
  • Previous Silicon and/or Validation Hardware experience within the Semiconductor industry, preferred
  • Familiar with microprocessor bring-up and debug
  • Familiar with MS Office & MS Project tool suites and Agile methodology
  • Familiar with C/C++, and scripting language programming
  • Familiar with Microsoft Client Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems, and validation/certification processes for each of these environments



  • BS/MS/Ph.D. degree in in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Additional education, certification or specialized learning related to above business segments would be advantageous
