GPU Platform Program Manager

THE ROLE:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for planning and managing key development execution activities across multiple development teams and disciplines to deliver the next-generation GPUs to the Datacenter market.

 

 

THE PERSON

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Engages early in the product cycle to define bring up and validation schedules and requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Creates materials plan and budget for boards, test stations, tools, etc
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Creates enablement plans for lab space, access, tracking tools, etc
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinates with customer-facing teams on samples management, firmware/software deliverables, and overall support
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Is able to manage across multiple disciplines including board design, supply chain, firmware, software, tools, performance, debug, qualification, and validation.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Drives regular core team meetings to manage planning and execution
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proactively identifies and reacts to risks/issues and drives mitigation and/or recovery activities
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Serves as a key interface to a broad set of development, management and executive stakeholders on progress reporting and metric tracking.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Is a self-directed leader that can drive the above activities with minimal guidance.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinate and chair several control forums to build, track, and maintain plans and information.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Generate insightful reports for presentation in development and executive forums.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build and track hardware budget information for rollups to finance.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assess risk and proactively identify issues to define and implement mitigation plans.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Serve as a focal point for multiple development organizations to understand their requirements and develop plans to enable their success.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong project management experience (PMI certification preferred)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working knowledge of computer architecture, hardware/software development methods, and tools.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working knowledge of product development lifecycles, planning, organizing, schedule, and resource management.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with bring up and validation execution
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven track record of managing large and complex programs

 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">BS or master’s degree in related field preferred.
