Go-to-Market Marketing Professional

AMD’s Gaming Go-to-Market team is looking for a marketing professional to drive success in our global marketing campaigns, programs and activities for PC gaming products and technologies. This role will develop the go-to market strategy, marketing plans and gaming proposals, as well as lead marketing campaigns and sustain engagement across Ryzen and Radeon gaming products. The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical, have a strong attention to detail, and bring a passion and desire to market premium gaming brands.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global gaming go-to-market strategy that supports key business priorities
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, including monthly executive updates
  • Lead campaigns from strategy through execution, working closely with product marketing, digital, media, research and PR
  • Develop cross-marcom integration plans for gaming partners that align to product launches, major business priorities, and key beats throughout the year
  • Identify and build new opportunities utilizing strategic partners passionate about technical collaboration and strategic market impact to generate demand
  • Directly lead campaign development, video and digital advertising production for campaigns and key event-related assets with agency partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, social, digital and regional marketing teams to align on requirements and ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs on time and on budget
  • Drive the regional localization of campaigns, marketing collateral, videos, messaging, etc.
  • Budget ownership and management across multiple projects and lines of business

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA a plus
  • 7 years of relevant GTM/Advertising/Gaming Marketing experience in the high-tech industry
  • Understand the competitive landscape of gaming and the gaming community
  • Agency management and creative production experience required.
  • Product Marketing experience is a plus
  • A self-starter and ability to work independently, actively provide solutions and resolve issues
  • Digitally savvy with a track record of using digital marketing and social media optimally
  • Online media experience an asset
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a proven track record to communicate a technical value proposition to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Skilled in all MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Travel: This position requires up to 25% international travel as permitted
