Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution of annual revenue objectives as measured by design wins, revenue and gross margin
  • Drives the target account GPU based product portfolio and business development efforts ensuring sustained profitable growth for RTG.
  • Sources, qualifies, manages and implements new business opportunities at the managing account
  • Develops short and long range account specific strategies, sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage all day to day business activities within the account in two or more geographical locations requiring frequent international travel.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating customer requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Work closely with RTG product team to design and deliver a compelling GPU product portfolio offering and value proposition that combines RTG technology with the account needs.
  • Provides ongoing account support and management insuring clear and concise communication between customers and RTG product team.
  • Evangelize RTG products and related roadmaps internally and externally. Ensure common understanding and agreement of priorities for the products in the portfolio.
  • Support the product management team with product specifications and customer feedback to achieve design win goals.
  • Performs all necessary communication, negotiations, and follow-up related to requests for quotation.
  • For executive leadership, maintain and present a pipeline of current and prospective design win opportunities created to drive visibility, revenue, customers and extend Radeon brand.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate and communicate cross-departmentally to evaluate, explore and execute strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain active relationships with key account to proactively address business issues and identify ways to maximize value for both parties.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant graphics experience / Bachelor Degree in Technology
  • You love winning!
  • You can manage multiple GPU market verticals at the target account, prioritize them, and lead to close
  • You can clearly describe the value proposition and competitive landscape of RTG product portfolio to customer
  • You have a proven record of working with executives to translate product and strategic roadmaps into actionable account strategies
  • You are a referenceable team player valued by co-workers and partners alike.
  • You are a pro with PowerPoint/Slides (for executive communications), Excel/Sheets (for analysis and modeling), and Word/Docs (for expository business communications).
  • You are concise, and transparent communicator
  • You have been responsible for post-deal performance and relationship monitoring and tracking, including quarterly business reviews, and quarterly technology reviews
  • You manage yourself (and others) to KPIs and focus on moving the needle every week.
  • You have a network of industry relationships with potential partners, competitors, customers and thought leaders.
  • You are a strategic thinker and have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment
