Supply Chain MRP Analyst - RapidResponse

The Role:

As a RapidResponse Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the creation of the MRP weekly planning run.

The Person:

You are an effective communicator (both verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills. You should have experience working in an international environment, with ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (North America and ASIA time zones) and different cultures. Your excellent analytical skills, attention detail & investigative skills will make you a great candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MRP scenario management: creation, settings modifications, performing the weekly solver runs
  • Gather data and conduct the inputs validation
  • Ensuring timely & accuracy of data input from various teams
  • Co-ordinate and resolve any issues related to the MRP logic or inputs
  • Maintain and update the Work Instructions related to the weekly execution of the planning cycle
  • Desirable: Familiarity with KINAXIS RapidResponse or similar MRP Planning Systems

Preferred Experience:


  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and applications
  • Knowledge of production planning and MRP, with a clear understanding of the  process to load or change the MPS--and the resulting impact on MRP and the Material/Product planners
  • Experience working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (North America and ASIA time zones) and different cultures
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention detail & investigative skills
  • Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse preferred
  • Experience in analysis and programming

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor degree in business or supply chain is preferred.
