Global Account Manager Sell-Out (Lenovo)

 

The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to partner with the #1 international PC manufacturer (Lenovo) to make AMD-based systems available to the Commercial Client channels, both for special operations and normal sales activity.

 

The Person:

  • A true hunter mentality identifying new business and partnerships beneficial to AMD sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements joint marketing activities to increase the sell-out of AMD based PCs and to improve AMD brand awareness.
  • Formulate strategy to improve executive relationships, mutual trust, and collaborations with key retailers
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, able to influence decision making to support our strategies and business goals, and to achieve outcomes where everybody wins
  • Understands the Consumer and Commercial channel consumption of AMD based PCs from all manufacturers
  • Trains and motivates Lenovo channel partners to sell AMD based PCs  
  • Collaborate with AMD PR Team to gain press reviews of AMD based systems
  • Strong partnership with marketing and sales teams to ensure a flawless end to end planning and execution
  • Coordinates services provided by external PR agencies and contractors in EMEA region. Ensures a maximum of positive editorial coverage in the region’s media according to given resources and budget.
  • Coordinate regional and centrally driven marketing programs with local sales teams and implement them into local markets
  • Providing marketing expertise across all GTMs - monitoring the performance/providing value analysis of the programs, eliciting feedback from sales team, identifying and agreeing upon improvements
  • Achieve agreed sales quota and critical metrics
  • Demonstrate and report revenue achievement and free/incremental marketing opportunities that contribute to the overall return on investment of the entire program on monthly basis.
  • Provide detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual base and executive level reporting on overall program and market impact.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Consumer/Commercial Client and Workstation experience required
  • Displayed understanding of PC and AMD processor products
  • Crafting contracts, establishing relationships and building partner networks in the industry
  • Proven success selling effectively in the EMEA region
  • Consistent track record of using/analyzing data, trends, products, numbers turning it to impactful plans

 

Academic Credentials:

University or four-year college degree in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in PC Client sales
