OEM Sales Account Manager – Embedded Sales-In (Cisco)


The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to drive our AMD business's product design wins and sales. To be responsible for establishing the AMD strategy; driving design wins for Security appliances, Switching and Routing platforms, and growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement sales strategies that grow the revenue base and marketshare for the AMD business within Cisco
  • Identify customer challenges and translate into a compelling value proposition, ideally from chip-level technology into system-level solutions
  • Work with the Cisco Business Unit product management and engineering teams to drive AMD design-wins and solutions
  • Ensure close partnership with Field Application Engineer (FAE) and BU to align priorities with penetrating assigned targeted platforms
  • Gain the trust and confidence of the leadership team
  • Develop relationships across the sales teams to build a harmonious approach to broadening AMD's portfolio with Cisco


Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving product design-wins
  • Technical Experience: an established background in Sell-In with at least seven years progressive experience selling within and across an organization
  • Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and relationship building within key customers


Academic Credentials:

Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
