Commercial Business Development Manager - Russia

 

The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to drive AMD commercial client sales in the region, engaging with executive decision makers at IT end-user customers to grow AMD Epyc, Ryzen Pro and Radeon Instinct business. This will include working closely with key end-customers and client device OEM’s including Dell, Lenovo, HPE, HPi, etc. as well as their reseller/distributor channels that serve end-user customers.

This is a highly collaborative position, working with enterprise end-user customers and channels, as well as AMD’s global multinational client device OEM Account Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams.

  • Successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role
  • Strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills
  • Business management skills(planning, capability and execution)
  • Fluent English

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Manage key corporate/enterprise, public sector customers
  • Drive sales of AMD Ryzen and Ryzen Pro based commercial client PCs
  • Drive Sales of AMD Epyc and Radeon Instinct based solutions
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships with IT end-user decision-makers to understand their needs and to identify projects for commercial client solutions that AMD and our partners can fulfill
  • Define/Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with multinational client device OEMs and local integrators
  • Seek out and target new customers and new commercial sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new commercial business opportunities
  • Core business management, including sales forecasting and reporting, conveying sales and programme content, product competitive analysis

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in commercial GTM for PC or related technologies (peripherals, accessories or PC software), with strong individual contributor and managerial track record
  • Deep understanding of Russia and CIS commercial business channel and strong relationships with main commercial end customers, VARs and resellers up to senior executive level

 

Academic Credentials:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
