Position Overview

This EMEA regional OEM Marketing Manager is responsible for keeping open lines of communication between AMD and respective OEM partners. In addition, this role encompasses planning, execution and monitoring regional AMD Co-Marketing activities with key OEM partners. The ideal candidate will master the following:

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Creating and maintaining strong linkages into regional consumer and commercial OEM marketing departments.
  • Maintain alignment between regional OEM partners, AMD global OEM Go-to-Market and regional marketing on launching roadmaps on consumer, commercial client and graphics products.
  • Work in lock-step with AMD global OEM and regional marketing team to apply, customize and optimize marketing programs that are designed to drive sales volume and to increase sales velocity.
  • Aggregate regional launch and retail plans and communicate those plans to regional and global OEM teams.
  • Support regional OEM consumer, commercial client and graphics events.
  • Create and promote quarterly Co-marketing plans in line with AMD’s business goals and objectives including KPI and ROI setting.
  • Plan and oversee execution of key OEM Co-Marketing activities within EMEA.
  • Measure and report the efficiency of the implemented marketing programs.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar or at least 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing marketing role within the CE or OEM business. Experience in account management is a plus.
  • A strong and in-depth understanding of regional EMEA OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of operations.
  • Ability to effectively translate company objectives into relevant Co-marketing activities.
  • Prepared to jump in, take the lead, learn and inspire others – to produce exceptional and impactful marketing results.
  • Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability.
  • Creative thinker and fast learner, ability to communicate ideas effectively and to think out of the box.
