The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by working closely with our sales team in supporting our customers, distribution partners, business, and operations teams.

 

Principle Responsibilities of this role include:

  • The ISR will work closely with the sales team to understand key markets, customers and trends.
  • The ISR will develop, maintain, and enhance relationship with our customers as well as our distribution partners.
  • The ISR will provide support from the inside to our customers and the Account Managers.
  • The ISR will have responsibility in relation to pricing for customers either direct or via our authorized distributors in accordance to our pricing policies.
  • The ISR will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and drive data quality.
  • The ISR will actively participate in the sales forecast.
  • The ISR will oversee the revenue allocation process.
  • The ISR will provide and analyse opportunity or revenue reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
  • The ISR will drive continuous improvement to improve our internal processes.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years in previous inside sales experience in semiconductor, software, electronics or similar industry.
  • Proven experience acting as primary communication liaison or first point of contact for the customer.
  • Sales focused individual that is strongly result and customer oriented or comfortable owning and developing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates personal accountability.
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced computer skills including excel
  • Ability to understand complex issues, systems and environments
  • Collaborative work style
