Partner Engagement Manager

The Partner Engagement Manager is responsible for developing the ongoing engagement & rewards program for external customer relationships.  The primary objective is to improve partner success and adoption of our products. This position will focus on ensuring the indirect sales force experiences a best-in-class program that results in new partner growth, broader product adoption, and partner site usage. This role supports the sales & marketing teams in the continued adoption & education of products/technologies among partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement of the partner engagement program.
  • Establish, communicate and develop the strategy, program policies, processes and new engagement models that will accelerate growth and scale for the entire partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, recommend and execute ongoing enhancements, promotions, and growth of the program.
  • Create and manage the implementation of processes for continuous improvement to deliver a best-in-class experience.
  • Develop and enable incentive programs and promotion to increase partner loyalty and brand affinity.
  • Drive, initiate and manage external partner portal(s) content, communications, validations, and memberships.
  • Administratively manage and maintain the platform day-to-day to ensure an exciting and easy user experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing data reporting, analytics, and recommended actions across the program.
  • Capture, monitor & communicate metrics on the success of the program to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Represent the program effectively across all stakeholders. Facilitate interaction, discussion, and decisions required to meet program outcomes and goals.
  • Conduct needs analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams for feedback.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or related field; MBA a plus
  • 8+ years of relevant gamification/Learning & Development experience in the high-tech industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of gamification/partner engagement programs
  • Experience creating global loyalty and incentive-based training programs
  • Prefer B2B experience managing the training program of a global, indirect sales force
  • Track record of bringing best practices and insights into effective training programs
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational, planning, project management and time management skills
  • Top-notch communication skills, verbal and written
  • Skilled in all MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
