Financial Accounting Manager (Order to Cash)




The Order to Cash (OTC) Manager is the primary owner of the end-to-end Order to Cash process with the overall goal of delivering OTC services while ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.
As a member of the AMD OTC Leadership Team, the OTC leader plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) OTC function and will support its development and sustainability by ensuring service delivery excellence.


We are looking for an experienced individual who have managed a team of ~10-20 people, with good track record and global mindset. It will be a plus with experience working in a SSC of International multi-cultural environment in different time zones.


You will lead and coach a team of people to work under a scalable process that ensure best practices in a fast-paced environment supporting the operation of growing business.


  • Responsible for the end-to-end rebates analytic, forecast and reporting process.
  • Lead the team and support operations across world-wide region in a KPI driven Shared Service Centre environment
  • Drive to meet SLA level in quality and speed
  • Optimizing the efficiency of OTC process with focus to deliver, offer operational support and assistance to OTC team to ensure smooth and timely close
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the team by providing coaching and career development
  • Review and present the weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management
  • Actively drive process improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and automating the OTC processes.
  • Ensure compliance to GAAP, policies & SOX Key Controls
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and reporting to management and stakeholders



  • 6-8 Years of Finance Operation experience and team handling experience in OTC process
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Fluent in written and oral Chinese language will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working experience on ERP system e.g. SAP / Oracle, Sales Force etc will be preferred
  • Must be having team handling experience; must be at least 2-3 years in a Team Leadership position
  • Track record of closely partnering and driving change in concert with corporate management, specifically related to global processes and systems
  • Acumen to focus on people, processes and systems
  • Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries and discrepancies in relation to the OTC services
  • Focus on more structural problem solving and quality improvement
  • Be ready for necessary travel



  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree major in Accounting, Finance, or any related business degree required
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA, CMA etc. is preferred
