Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)


The Person:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a passionate about talent acquisition! She/he takes pride in owning the backend recruiting process lifecycle - from connecting with candidates for interview arrangement and execution of operational hiring tasks (includine getting offer letter ready and managing onboarding process for new hires). She/he is an expert at all aspects of back end support in talent acquisition team and drives business impact by hiring the right talent at the right time at the right cost.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective support in recruitment activities in end-to-end process from coordinating interview arrangement, preparing offer letter, monitoring candidate acceptance, on boarding enquiries, maintaining the hiring system, follow up on general administration function, attending campuses career fair and to perform ad hoc duties when required.


Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-year relevant working experience in administration role.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools (outlook, word, excel, ppt etc).
  • Good co-ordination and communication skills in order to support the regional requirements.
  • Details oriented and able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • Resourceful and able to deal with people at all level.
  • Willing to be based at Penang (Island), Malaysia.
