Pre-Silicon Verification Engineer

We are developing cutting edge Graphics IP development for gaming to video editing and beyond.  Seeking talented and motivated engineers to join our Boxborough, MA team working in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the architecture of the graphics IP and functional block being designed.

• Influence and drive the verification environment architecture with a team of engineers.

• Develop reference models for the functionality, performance, and power behavior of the design

• Write tests and debug functional, performance, and power related issues

• Guide and mentor junior engineers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of Verilog / SystemVerilog  or C/C++

• Must have good English communication skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience building UVM and constrained-random simulation environments

• Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with 3D pipeline and industry graphics standards (DX/OGL/OCL) is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and good coding skills are required.

• Experience using industry standard tools and adaptability to utilize home grown tools.

• Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion.

EDUCATION:

• Master's Degree with at least 5 years or Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years working experience in digital design.
