  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to details
  • Must be a self-starter, able to drive tasks independently and efficiently to completion

  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers




  • RTL design with System Verilog
  • Writing micro-architecture design specifications
  • Familiarity with backend tools (synthesis, lint, CDC, etc.)
    • Integrating flows into a project environment
    • Running quality checks prior to each release to the physical design team
    • Interfacing to the physical design team (debug of issues, creation/review of timing constraints)
  • Verification:
    • Work with verification team to define and review verification plans
    • Debug of simulations at block and system-level
    • Work with design team and functional specs to understand key design functionality
    • Able to create and work with random tests and scenarios
    • Able to analyze design and function coverage reports to identify holes in stimulus set
  • Ability to work across various teams within the organization (Analog, FW, System Engineering, Architecture)




  • Proven experience in RTL design, debug, and support for mixed signal IP
  • DDR, GDDR, SERDES, HBM or voltage regulator experience is a plus
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Ruby)
  • UVM methodology 




  • Relevant academic background (Master’s degree preferred)
