Program Manager



RTG (Radeon Technologies Group) Architecture team in San Diego is passionate about developing next-generation GPU solutions. As A Program Manager, you will collaborate with a strong architecture and subsystem team on developing next generation products in the areas of graphics and high-performance computing. This role is focused on program management for architecture development from concept phase through delivery of architecture / subsystem architecture solutions to the AMD design teams.



You have excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills. Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and excel when rapid program and technology changes occur are essential for this role. You are an effective team player who focuses on collaboration, team building, mentoring, and furthering team success.



  • Consensus building with key stakeholders on schedule, resources and budget.
  • Planning, monitoring and status reporting for various projects.
  • Frequent interaction with senior leadership and presentation of status summaries.
  • Developing new processes for architecture development as well as refining existing methodologies for higher efficiency.  



  • Knowledge of semiconductor development process from concept to Silicon delivery.
  • Mastery of key office tools such as PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in process development based on working with key Stakeholders.            



  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, with relevant experience.
