Business Development Executive—Media & Entertainment -71750


The BDE will drive strategy and sales for the Media & Entertainment (M&E) space for NA.   He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD strategy, to penetrate “Market Maker” accounts and expand revenue with key M&E customers

Specific Responsibilities:
• Define and implement sales strategies that grow the revenue base and market share
• Establish the appropriate relationships with Key Buying Influencers at the top accounts within the __M&E___area.
• Work with the Business Unit Vertical leads and develop an “air tight” strategy to penetrate the top accounts within the  segment.
• Ensure close collaboration with the territory Field Application Engineer (FAE) and align priorities


The Person:
The BDE will ideally have the following experience:
• Vertical  Experience: Demonstrated success in M&E.
• Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and relationships with key customers and OEMs within the M&E space
• Organizational Experience:  demonstrated effectiveness with 10 years+ experience in M&E

The BDE should demonstrate the following attributes:
• An intense drive to “win,” combined with sound business perspective
• High level of confidence, maturity and integrity
• Open communication style and presence to work effectively at all levels
• Honest and trustworthy in dealings with internal/external customers, colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to listen to the customer and articulate the customer’s needs internally
• Demonstrated ability for strategic planning and strategic vision
