Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Administration Lead (Sales Operations Manager)


The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to work directly with AMD's Chief of Staff to our Chief Sales Officer, in leading the administration and management of our Sales Incentive Program (SIP.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners in Sales, HR, Finance, IT, and other groups
  • Manage the end-to-end operational process for AMD’s Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
  • Own the configuration of AMD’s Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, Varicent, and ensure it is aligned to current and new plan designs
  • Drive enhancements to Varicent based on feedback, observations, and new capabilities
  • Design and publish reports to improve attainment visibility and tracking
  • Complete new hire onboarding training for new sales hires for processes related to SIP


Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales compensation and sales operations roles within a technology company
  • Proficiency with ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tools (such as Varicent)
  • Program management experience leading and driving process improvement and key sales compensation programs and initiatives


Academic Credentials:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
