  • We are hiring multiple software engineers at all experience levels to be part of the game performance driver teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and learn the cutting edge of GPU architecture and graphics rasterization and ray tracing.



  • You are passionate about GPU and game graphics, have good understanding about how GPU executes graphics and compute workloads, have good C++ programming and shader language programming skills.



  • Investigate and analyze game performance using Microsoft PIX and AMD internal tools
  • Brainstorm with team about performance issues and potential optimizations
  • Implement optimizations in C++, HLSL and etc.



  • Strong C/C++ programming skills for fast execution using light weight data structures and efficient algorithms, bit manipulation, pointers, arrays, classes, virtual functions, etc.
  • Good understanding of GPU SIMD execution model, threads, waves, registers, cache, performance metrics such as latency, bandwidth, throughput, and relation to underline hardware, etc.
  • Good understanding of GPU graphics pipeline and stages, from vertices, rasterization, shading, textures, screen space, depth, culling, forward and deferred shading, BVH build and traversal, and etc.



  • Bachelor’s degree with project experience in graphics and GPU, Master’s degree or PhD preferred
