Title: FPGA Technical Lead Engineer
The Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of highly skilled FPGA design and verification engineers within the SBIO team. Provide IP technical leadership for the FPGA design and verification flows. Collaborate with design and verification teams to define FPGA implementation requirements and strategy. Lead all aspects of the FPGA execution from implementation plan to verification signoff.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead FPGA team on execution from plan, implementation to verification signoff.
- Develop and manage FPGA teams across projects
- Present updates and providing reports to management
- Identify and drive flow and quality improvements initiatives
Preferred Skill Set & Experience
- FPGA/ASIC design implementation experience and managing a team
- Advanced knowledge of FPGA design flows, tools and methods
- Extensive experience in implementing and validating FPGA designs
- Proficient with Verilog, System Verilog and UVM
- Familiarity with industry standard high-speed protocols such as USB and PCIE is a plus
EDUCATION:
- BS ( or higher ) degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering desired
